HOW DOES IT WORK?

We have an extensive range of prop's for all occasions (which is continuously growing, to provide the latest 'on-trend' party styles). We can provide bespoke props to suit your theme or you can choose a style from our gallery.
On the day of your event, we will set up before your guest's arrive and take down and collect when your event has finished. Installing time will depend on your prop hire, we will confirm timings with you before you book and will always be on hand for advice and recommendation's.
Our props can be set up at venues, homes or gardens, we may require images, dimensions and access details for hire/set up for some of our props.

WHERE DO WE COVER?

We're based in Epsom, Surrey any delivery and collection fees that may apply will be based on your venue distance from us.
We currently cover London and Surrey areas. If your are not in this area we may be able to deliver however a minimum spend or larger delivery fee will apply.
We can provide props to suit your theme no matter how big or small your party or venue is.

PAYMENT PROCESS

A non-refundable deposit of £25 is due upon booking. Your items are not reserved for you until the deposit has been accepted by us. You will receive a receipt as confirmation of your deposit payment upon acceptance. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the date of hire unless alternate payment options have been agreed.
